Our Lounge

The Loft is a two-bedroom apartment complete with a kitchen, living room, and one bath.

While staying with us, we invite our guests to relax in the quiet atmosphere of the lounge (pictured here) and choose a book from our library.

Our Grounds
Our grounds are nicely landscaped with a gazebo, a glider, and lots of flowers. You can relax on the shaded patios of our small wooded garden. The two brick patios are furnished with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a beautiful sunset.

You can also take a stroll down by our neighboring stream, close to our Amish neighbors. Then enjoy a game of tennis or play basketball on our new court.

"Thank you for considering the Smoketown Motor Lodge
as your 'Home away from Home'"!

Michael and Linda Martin were both born and reared in Lancaster County and are very familiar with the culture and customs of the Amish and Mennonite people that make Lancaster County a unique destination. Their knowledge of the area allows them to recommend sight-seeing locations, area attractions and a few roads less traveled.

They are the second generation to operate the Lodge with the goal of offering clean, comfortable rooms in a quiet setting. Michael and Linda look forward to hosting (or meeting) you during your stay in the area.
